Neustro AX Support manages all the technical aspects of support for your installation as well as providing support relating to the functional use of your business system. This means we are on hand with the answers you need on how to do something within AX or how you can use AX for a new process or demand required by your customers or suppliers.

Our people are Certified Microsoft Professionals, and include ex Microsoft employees so you can be sure that we understand and can resolve the issues you are facing.

Our 24 x 7 helpdesk based in the UK can be contacted by telephone, the web or by email and is peopled by support professionals who can give the answer you need in the most timely manner.

Importantly we don’t follow the traditional support model of first, second and third line support. Your initial call will be dealt with by experienced personnel who in the majority of cases will be able to resolve your issue on the first call. Whilst we are very happy to offer our customers a clear and precise service level agreement (SLA) we work on the principle of ‘as soon as possible’ and not ‘just in time’. Whilst other service providers may fulfil their SLA by ensuring that you are contacted about your query and further details taken, our team will ensure that you are talking to someone that can solve your problem in the shortest possible time.

Unlike most technical support issues, functional support problems, i.e. things that may relate to time bound activities such as deliveries, shop floor orders or inventory movements, cannot wait for resolution as per a ‘normal’ service level agreement. Therefore we aim to give you a response that is as timely as possible.

AX Support packages can be taken as a pay-per-use service, or a pre-paid package with a specified number of calls to be consumed over a defined period – allowing you to fix the cost and budget your support – or as part of our AX Managed Service package.
