Unlike most technical support issues, functional support problems, i.e.
things that may relate to time bound activities such as deliveries, shop floor
orders or inventory movements, cannot wait for resolution as per a ‘normal’
service level agreement. Therefore we aim to give you a response that is as
timely as possible.
